1. 資材購入
すべての原材料アプリケーションには必ず要求フォームがあり、倉庫管理者は要求フォームに従って、システム アプリケーションのマスター プランの月次原材料要件に従って検証を行います。
2. 倉庫への材料搬入プロセス
倉庫担当者は、調達契約書と納品書に基づき、在庫確認を行い、検査対象エリアに資材を配置し、適時に資材識別を行い、検査対象ラベルを貼付します。その後、倉庫担当者は入力された実際の数量に基づき、ERPシステムに資材受領書を発行します。受領書には共同納品書または購入者の署名が押印されており、同時に共同検査員が工場検査に提出します。
工場の検査官は検査シートを受け取り、バッチ内の材料を適時に検査しました。
材料の受入れが合格の場合、検査員は材料受領書に署名して確認します。検査員は合格製品と不合格製品にラベルを貼り、明確に区別できるようにします。
